Dilipp Agarwal

Mr. Dilipp Agarwal, aged 51 years, is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor Degree in Commerce. Our Company has grown significantly under his guidance. He is having more than 2 decades of experience in the steel industry. Under his guidance not only our Company but the whole Group has been able to establish itself as a distinguished entity , dealing in a vast range of products.

Deepak Agarwal

Mr. Deepak Agarwal, aged 50 years, is the Non-Executive Director
of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He has over 2 decades of experience in the steel industry. He has been the guiding force behind the growth and business strategy of our Company. He has been instrumental in the consistent growth of our Group’s performance and overall development.

Bhawna Khanna

Mrs. Bhawna Khanna, aged 49 years, is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. She is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has completed her Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a member of ICWA. She is a Social Auditor and a CSR Professional. She has over 18 years of vast experience in the field of accountancy & audit including 6 Years of practice under the flagship of ‘B. Khanna & Associates’. As the Independent Director of our Company, she will be instrumental for providing her expertise & inputs, for ensuring the growth of our Company.

 

Tuhinanshu Shekhar Chakrabarty

Mr. Tuhinanshu Shekhar Chakrabarty, aged 76 years is the Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds M. A. in Economics from Calcutta University. He also holds a Certificate of Indian Institute of Bankers, Bombay. He has more than three decade of experience in Banking Sector. He retired in the year 2007 as the Chief Manager in Indian Overseas Bank. He has also worked with various branches and department of the Indian Overseas Bank especially in credit operations department. Currently, he is working as an independent advisor to body corporate.

Rajan Kumar Manchanda

Mr. Rajan Kumar Manchanda, aged 61 years is an Electrical Engineer and distinguished alumnus of NIT Jamshedpur. He has over 35 years of rich experience in DRI & Power plant.  Last year superannuated from Tata Steel Long Products, Joda (Erstwhile TATA SPONGE IRON LIMITED) after servicing for continue 27 years. He is having rich experience in Project implementation, Maintenance of the plant, driving culture of TPM, Safety, Ethics, and Automation and on Improvement projects.

He was instrumental in achieving TPM award for TATA Sponge Iron Limited in 2012. He had successfully completed one week certificate course on Management Effectiveness from IIM, Lucknow at their campus.

Presented paper on Initiatives, Improvements & Innovation @ TATA Sponge at 15th IRON & Steel summit in Raipur and also in Improvements in Plant operation on eliminating safety hazards at NOCCI, Balasore, Odisha.

 

Rudranarayan Jana

Mr. Rudranarayan Jana, aged 48 years, is the Executive Director designated as the Whole-Time Director of our Company. He holds the degree for bachelor’s in commerce and MBA in Marketing. Mr. Rudranarayan Jana was associated with one of our group company Super Smelters Limited over more than a decade and is presently Deputy General Manager (DGM) in Supershakti Metaliks Limited. He is having more than 2 decades of experience in the field of Iron and Steel Industry. As the Director of our Company, he will be instrumental for providing day to day guidance, expertise & inputs, for ensuring the growth of our Company.
